Jillian Mix up

I have a great selection of Jillian Michaels dvds and have completed the 30 day shred but seem to get bored easily. I am going away on the 30th Aug and want to loose as much fat as possible and gain a little muscle before then (I know I wont have a great deal of difference in a month).

As I cannot get to a gym due to distance and not being able to drive I was thinking of making a little routine of Jillian dvds has anyone done anything similar? If so what did you do and what were your results like ?

I was thinking of alternating BFBM and NMTZ but I have most of her dvds.

    Sounds like a good idea to me. That is what I do I use Jillian and Bob Harper videos and they are working. You dont have to go to the gym to get a good workout. My workouts are harder and more intense at home because its only me so if I look dumb oh well only the cat sees me lol. Also check out fitnessblender.com

    I agree :P

    I hate the women that go to the gym take up equipment but then do the smallest amount of exercise so they dont get sweaty !

    If you cant make it to the gym, I recommend searching workouts on youtube. I recently discovered Hip Hop Tabata and a number of dance inspired videos by Keira Lashae (sp) and various Tae Bo exercises. Since the videos are free, and there are tons of them, you can mix things up as often as you want.

    Jillian Michaels' 30 day slim down

    It's a rotation suposedly created by Jillian ( although I cant find the original source). It consists of the 30DS, No More Trouble Zones, and Burn Fat/Boost Metabolism.

    N.B. 'Quick Trouble Zones' is the standing part of 'No More Trouble Zones'.

    Here is what the program looks like

    DAY 1 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
    DAY 2 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
    DAY 3 - NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES
    DAY 4 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
    DAY 5 - BANISH FAT, BOOST METABOLISM
