  • Thanks for your experiences :) It really helps that others out there have started and continued and it really has made a change to their weight :) However if I loose weight or not I will still continue to run as I know it will make me healthier and I enjoy the challenge :) The weightloss will just be a massive bonus :P
  • aha yes totally ! I did toning dvds like 30day shred etc that really helped tone and loose inches but I gained weight due to muscle which really isnt a bad thing and I will go back to it!   • it is on the back of a industrial estate and there isnt much lighting at all. It doesnt bother me all that much but I have a protective brother and mum who do not want me running alone in the dark :P I need to find a neighbour with a dog or something lol :P Neither of them will offer to come with me though :P

  • Thanks guys :) I might do it for an extra days max because I have a date I want to finish the 30ds by, but after im done I might go back to lvl 2 and carry on until it becomes easier and do the same with lvl 3 just do the 10 days but then go back to it after :) Glad im not the only one :)
  • It is amazing but what I will mention is not many people lose a lot of weight on it, some do some don't.
