  • I allow myself one epic cheat a week. This week it was a steakburger, fries, and a shake from Steak and Shake. Sometimes it's just a big bowl of frozen yogurt with all the chocolate toppings in the world. Enjoy yourself once a week and it won't murder your results.
  • My philosophy? If you have to ask others about whether or not you should do it - you shouldn't. Tattoos, in my opinion, are for you and no one else. If you have to ask for acceptance, etc than I don't think you should do it until you know for sure that it is 100 percent for you.
  • Try it if you'd like. I've found I'm more likely to stick to an exercise regime if I actually like the exercise...which rarely includes running.
  • <These are mine!
  • How the hell do you look so good at 5'3" and 190? I am 5'10" and at 190 I looked like hell....you're magical. :) I understand the want to lose weight to be healthier, but you are by no means a "oh-my-god-look-at-her-butt" type of woman. ;)
  • I'm disgusting because I weigh 180 pounds at 5'10", most of which is muscle, because I weight lift everyday and eat to gain mass.

  • I know, I was told if I didn't have anything nice to say I should keep my big trap shut but this makes me sad. People age, people do drugs that destroy them, and people gain weight. I mean seriously this is a sight designed to track diet and exercise. I guarantee that we all aren't supermodels (myself included). Could you…
  • My trainer told me that most of the bad rep they get is, in his words, horse sh**. As long as that isn't all that you're drinking you should be fine. My favorite is Monster Absolute Zero. I have one every now and again.
  • It's well worth the money!!! I never run. I stationary bike and on my first run I made it to two miles in 30 minutes thanks to this cool app. I wanted to keep the story going. :D:D
  • I have to walk to the gym, which is ten minutes from my house on foot. I just roll out of bed and before my body realizes what is happening to it I am halfway to the gym and wide awake. I always lay out my gym stuff the night before. That way I just throw my sweats on and go.
  • You just eat healthy and ignore everyone else. If he wants to eat like his stomach is a garbage dump then let him.
