I didn't like greek yogurt at first either, but I eat really bad-for-me foods in the am, which makes me crave all day. So I bought it and hated it (too much like sour cream) and then started adding honey. A tsp at first ans started reducing... Good stuff.

2005. 6 years. Gained 50 pounds in a few months, but on a 4'10" frame it's A LOT.

I have traded my size 18 to a size 10 (sometimes a 10, usually a 12, but hey... One pair of 10 is 10 right?) can't wait to get to single digits!!! Kudos!

I feel the same way. At gidget status of 4'10" 20 pounds should be a pretty big loss, but I don't see it. I am totally going to start taking pictures... Ones that show more then just my face.

Oh, I really wish I could see the pictures!!! I am 4'10 1/2" (yes, half. Don't judge! lol!) and had a goal of roughly 40 pounds as well. I started slacking when I hit the half way point though, so I am still only halfway there... I need moivation... AKA PICTURES!!! LOL! Great job!

Evidently I am a hoarder. I went from a size 4 to a 16 in a short period of time and saved all of the cute clothes throughout. LOL! I love doing audits. And sorting through the large boxes of "Uh, I maybe if I throw it all in this big box she won't notice I can't legally write it off." I also LOVE to organize! Everything. And checklists-well more so, checking things off my list.

Hypothyroidosis is suppose to be genetic so you may have a very low metabolism. With that you have to keep your carbs and sugar in check because hypothyroid is link to insulin resistance.
