I was also going to suggest Turbo Jam. If I remember correctly there are some workouts in there in 30min or less. Some of the Biggest Loser videos are great too!

I didn't do it consecutively. I walked/jogged on the days I didn't do it. I completed it in 45 days and during that time I lost 18lbs & 23 inches (arms, legs, bust, waist, hips). I'm doing Ripped in 30 now and hope to see some more progress! Keep it up, you will definitely notice changes!

I'm in! I finished 30DS today & lost 18lbs & 23 inches. I'm glad to hear it goes faster than 30ds, b/c it definitely felt like a slow 20minutes! Can't wait to see some results from this one!!!

Log it!! It was a loss!!! Don't worry if it fluctuates a couple pounds! I weigh in every day, but I only log when there's been a loss. I just finished the 30DS and i did it on a random schedule. Tuesday-Friday I usually did it in the mornings, but on Sat/Sun/Mon I would do it in the evening. Sometimes on Sat/Sun/Mon (the days I work) I wouldn't do the 30DS, but would jog on the treadmill. I think you will still get terrific results from it! I finished it…

I HATE Level 2!!! My ankles and knees ache for some reason! And I dislike all the plank positions! However, I feel like I am noticing my body changing so it's WORTH IT!!!! I'm getting nervous to start level 3 next week!!

I think that's a good idea, especially since it can get boring doing the same routine 10days in a row. I know if I were doing it that way I would always look forward to my "Level 1 Days"! Let us know how it goes! I am at level 2 day 3 and i'm dreaming of the easier days of level 1!
