I love this site! I have had issues with my weight since I had to stop playing soccer (around age 17). Currently I am back to yo-yo dieting and some extra friends on here to keep me honest would help! Add me as a friend and we can do this together! Either way - good luck!

Great Job everyone! Keep up the great work and all the motivation! Even though it is not necessary directed at me, it is refreshing to see so much support for people in the same boat as I am. LJSpady - I will post my weigh in tomorrow.

I also have the oposite with my HMR - the eliptical and MFP are usually 200+ lower than what my HRM tells me. I was using those extra calories burned as a "cushion" if I went over my daily calories.
