I count everything as water. Coffee, tea, soda water. I do, however, drink my coffee black, my tea plain, and my soda water without flavoring.

I totally agree! When I kept reading about upping your calories, I thought, WTF AREN'T YOU SUPPOSED TO CUT CALORIES? But, I figured hey, I LOVE FOOD, so I should at least try it. Needless to say, the weight does come off much easier when you up your calories. I'm not even trying that hard and I'm losing.

3 Chicken Tacos with lettuce, (cilantro if they have it or cheese if they don't) and medium salsa. I then top my taco with the green hot sauce. Oh, and 2 oz of their cilantro rice :)

I used to fudge numbers, then I noticed that I was starting to gain weight. Fudging numbers only hurts you in the long run. If you see a negative, go out and take a 10-20 minute walk. Much better than lying to yourself.

I remember this one green shirt that I have. It was my go to shirt. Now when I wear it, it's really loose and doesn't look as good anymore! I know the feeling! Congratulations on losing 70.8 pounds!!

I've done a 24 hour, once every few weeks, fast. I do this to help my digestive system repair itself. I try to do it every week, but that takes a little more self restraint.
