  • so awesome!
  • Well you dont have to eat ALL of your exercise cals, especially if you feel unsure that you are burning what your mfp/hrm tells you but atleast try eating SOME of them, half even. Some days I just eat half..depends on the day :) You could also try keeping your body guessing by doing some days where you eat lower calorie…

  • I think you should be eating more. You need to be netting AT LEAST 1200 calories a day which you aren't if you are eating 1200 and working off 800. You are most likely in starvation mode and you will stay there as a way for your body to survive.

  • hey ! im 20 and im trying to lose just over 100lbs as well. iv lost 40 so far, its definitely not easy but we can do it. add me :)
  • I like to look cute in general but I wanna leave the gym looking like absolute ****. I wanna work so hard that my hair fell out of the elastic, my shirt is drenched in sweat, my face is greasy and any make up i wore is running down my cheeks. The gym is not a fashion show - its about health and getting in shape. I may look…
  • im a fan of under armor and lulu lemon. i buy my shorts form UU and i like Lulu's crops and pants.
  • Id love to see some answers to this as well as I plan to start 30 Day Shred this or next week and run 3-4x a week as well. 30DS has really awesome results so Im guessing throwing extra cardio in there would serve really REALLY awesome results aha hopefully.
  • I don't know if I ever would but if I were to quit it would be after at least one year of maintenance and I would ween myself off of it (maybe subconsciously). I feel like Im the type of person who would stop using it once I got to goal and then start gaining because I feel I can let myself go. It's still important to…
  • you look so awesome!! and so young :) and happy! congrats
  • Of course at first mine was pretty consistent - 2lbs a week id say. Now its all over the place. I've been doing a lot of plateauing and trying to figure out what works for me. My loss hasn't been super quick but i feel like im doing it the right way.
  • You should definitely maintain. If you feel good and your family is telling you, especially if it seems in a concerned way, to not lose anymore weight I woudl trust yourself and trust those who love you most! Maintaining can be hard so just focus on that for now and getting into toning is a great idea :) Best of luck and…

  • Im 5'8 and 1/4 aha. My goal weight was originally 150 until I found out I was not 5'9 ahaha. My goal weight is 145 but if I feel comfortable at 155 I will stay there and if I feel I have more to go, I will keep going. :)
  • You need to be have a net of 1200. You're starving yourself essentially. Mark my workds - this will lead you to fail and gain back the weight. Also, like tanksquire said, you're basically going on binges then starving yourself which is horrible for your body. You need to get the right lifestyle going here or you will…
  • you look so awesome!! nice work - it totally paid off, you're lookin sexy
  • I have really long but thin hair. It gets a little dried out and because I have died it a million times and use dryers, straighteners and curling irons it can get pretty damaged. I was getting sort of embarrassed of it so I bought Pantenes new Breakage to strength Shampoo and conditioner and I really like them. I try to…
  • I disagree. Dont appear busy - BE busy. Fill your life with things you love, be independent. Eventually you and a good guy (who you don't have to write to mfp to ask advice on) will find each other.
  • I try to be active everyday but I work out about 5 days a week. Mondays- 60 Min Body Pump Class 60 Min Gym (Cardio+Strength) Tuesdays-Gym 60 Min, Rec Volleyball 90 Min Wednesdays- 60 Min Body Pump Class 60 Min Gym (Cardio+Strength) Thursdays-Volleyball 90 Min (Sometimes I do gym as well, depends) Fridays-I usually do a run…
  • Depending on who you ask, the whites are better in terms of cholesterol. White are also INSANE low on calories where as the yolks are not. When I was in high school I had high cholesterol so I tend to go easy on yolks (as well as milk, cheese, red meat) just to be safe.:)
  • You can definitely do it - you can do anything you put your mind to. If you need a little break, take one but push yourself because you can definitely finish it. Its just 25 mins! I started it at 225-230 somewhere in there and it was a challenge but definitely didn't kill me! Best of luck.
  • Its been a goal of mine. I was told when i was in high school that my cholesterol was super high and since I started dieting in Sept I can't get it out of my head. I'm going back (prob 3-4 years later) to get tested and hoping that 5 months of healthy living has improved it! I would always try diet changes before…
  • heres a link to my whole work out playlist on my ipod aha. its just my blog. i even link all the songs to their youtube vids so you can listen if you dont know em aha. http://themiddlex.blogspot.com/p/my-jams.html
  • It's normal as far as I know and you don't need to see a doctor. If it gets painful and you'd like to do something about it there are some boards on here discussing some different products you can use that help. There is one people always recommend but I forget.. Just search :)
  • Of course, first of all, you are gorgeous! The old picture is gorgeous but wow - you look awesome! You're an amazing inspiration to, really. Sometimes I feel great about the amount of weight I've lost but then the fact that I have double that left to lose can be a bit daunting. The fact that you have spent a whole year on…
  • I started doing C25K in November of 2011 probably. I didn't finish but i did about 3 weeks before my treadmill broke. I think it gives you a really good base, its the perfect plan for someone who has literally never run. I say it gives you a good base because after almost 2 months of no running I was in shape enough to go…
