I just got my DVD and have just completed day 3. I too have knee issues and have been wondering if I need to take a break from doing it every day. However, my only other exercise is walking 2 miles at lunch time. I commute to work and am away from home 12 hours per day so that doesn't leave much time to work out. Thus the…

A friend of mine swears that there is no nutritional value in sugar and that we should remove as much of it as possible from our diet. Of course, I am talking about refined sugars. Natural sugars found in fruit is totally ok. I have never been able to eliminate sugar totally, but at least I have been able to limit it.

Sounds yummy. Especially banana, pb & honey. That combo will be first on my list - 3 things I always have on hand.

I have had more success eating a normal diet - just watching my sweets. This is a way of life - not a diet.

Life is truly worth living. My late husband was an alcoholic and a heavy smoker. His years of abuse took their toll on him in 2004 when his short 52 years of life ended with cirrhosis of the liver. The last year of his life he was in and out of the hospital and I took to chain smoking - 2 plus packs a day. After his death,…

Boy, I am with you. I have made homemade cookies to weekends in a row. I love the raw cookie dough. I don't think cheating two days in row will sabotage your diet totally as long as you remain faithful to your diet Monday through Friday. Remember don't beat yourself up!
