Funny Kinrad!! :) I'm just looking for any input that that would help. I did change my settings to 1lb week weight loss, and make it sedentary and it bumped it up to 1430. So if I show a gain in the next week or so, I shouldn't freak out about it and ride it out right??

I should also add that I did up my calorie intake, but gained a few pounds right away so needless to say it freaked me out. So I should change it to sedentary and just input my exercise calories manually and possible eat some of those back?

I wilncrease my daily intake than. I did notice today after I walked that I had that 2:30 slump/tiredness, and I haven't had that since I started with MFP. Made me wonder if I wasn't eating enough. Thanks for the advice. Always appreciated!

I do eat all of my alloted daily calories, but just haven't been eating all my exercise calories as I wasn't sure if the Fitbit was giving me more than I should really be having. It gave me 708 calories one day, just for walking 45 minutes. Seemed kind of high to me. Should I start at eating half of them first, then go…

How does someone custom set their protein and carb percetages? I looked at my settings and don't see that option. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I make smoothies every morning with greek yogurt, spinach, blueberries (or whatever other berry I might have), and FF milk. I love them and they are so filling!

I just purchased a Ninja Professional Blender 1000 Watt as well to blend my smoothies! It plows right thru my frozen fage, strawberries and bananas, and with FF milk it is the perfect smoothie consistency. I love it!!
