Lately I've been having the same trouble, but I've found it easier to manage if I write it down in my planner. I also find that it helps to workout first thing in the morning while my daughter is sleeping so I have no excuses not to exercise. I'm a new mommy too! I have a 5 month old and have about 30 pounds to lose to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I'd really like to surpass that and lose about 35-40.

The most I've ever weighed is 240 back in 2004. I lost weight and was down to 170 until I got pregnant over a year ago. I'm currently at 201. My current goal is 165. I'm 5'5".
