I agree with pinthin87 that you should check the labels. I've grown stevia, and I've used it in a liquid form. That was years before Truvia came on the market. Truvia came on the market AFTER stevia became FDA approved. Truvia is made from stevia and fillers. Read your labels to see exactly what you are getting.

Now that I've got a second day, I can see that I'm way below 10,000 in my daily activity, so I think I'll set my eventual goal to reach 8,000 steps most days a week by the end of the month. 2/1 ? 2/2 4502 2/3 4652

2/2 Only 4502 steps. I think it's a little more than that, because of the accidental reset yesterday, but only a little. I've got a long way to go. I posted a thread yesterday on the website suggestions forum requesting a way to track steps on the exercise diary. I'd love to have a lovely report graph of me upping my steps…

I just looked down to check my pedometer, and, guess what ... it had reset to 0. At 3:51 in the afternoon, I'm back to 53 steps. :frown: I think I have an idea of the general number I had already done, but it's a guess. :grumble:
