  • I think my favorite fast food would be a sub from subway. I recently started going to Harris Teeter on Friday nights and getting their fresh made subs. I try to pick a "healthy" lunch meat. I get roast beef and turkey. I guess to make it healthier I could get it on the wrap instead of a bun.
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls 3 scoops chocolate protein powder 1/4 cup flaxseed meal 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl. add 1Tbsp. water at a time if necessary. Use a Tbsp. to form 1/2 spheres. Freeze 2 hours. makes 8 servings
  • Hello Kathy, Yes I would be intereted in the Thursday morning class. Just let me know if enough people signed up and I will be there. I also have not turned in my goal sheet. I have my 4 week filled out but I think I need some guidance with my 8 week. Iwill turn it in to you if we meet on Thursday.
