I had the same problem when I started. I bought a decorative cup and straw and made it a game. The more water I drink the more treats I can have at night. It works for me. I drink water for my skinny cow desserts.

No such thing as an off day for me. I do allow myself an open meal maybe once every two weeks. I cant give into all my cravings because that's how I reached 200 pounds. When I do go out I make sure I hit my workout hard that day for extra calories but still enjoy the skinny margarita over the regular.

I'm 5ft 2in starting weight was 200 pounds. I've lost 10 pounds in roughly 45 days by walking, doing TurboKick and Taebo. I'm try to tighten up my calorie intake to 1200 to 1400. Its really hard because I'm losing slowly but my friends keep me motivated.
