I'm a stress eater and drinker as well but I'm starting to use meditation as a way to deal with stress. Hoping for a measurable change.

Best overall body workout out there and it's free.

A combo of cardio like kickboxing and weight training like kettle bells will help. Clean eating and water intake will also help.

Eating salty snacks all the time! I'm addicted to tortilla chips.

Taking photos and not worrying about how fat I look.

I work treats into my daily plan. Nothing worse than feeling deprived.

When I'm in serious weight loss mode I eat before I go places or pick up an extra workout on days I know I will splurge. Just remember you can't hide from life so enjoy in moderation.

You can and will be successful. Focus is key...carve out time to exercise, meal prep and love yourself throughout the process. Everyday take a step toward your goal! Everyday is a new day to get it right!

I drink water when I think I'm hungry and exercise when I'm bored to keep from doing mindless snacking.

I'm in...gotta be more consistent with my workouts.

Hot green or ginger tea.

Time constraints...my work schedule leaves little to no time for consistent workouts like I did in the beginning of my journey. Now I try to workout whenever I can but it's a struggle.

My go to snacks are: apples and peanut butter, fiber one bars (any flavor), black pepper popcorn and low fat tortilla chips and salsa.

I try to increase my workouts on days I'm going out so I can eat a great meal and enjoy drinks!

Chicken burrito minus the tortilla from Qdoba...too tired to cook.

The scale is not your friend even when you are eating right and logging etc. Take your measurements and get on a good meal plan and exercise regimen. Put the scale under the bed and forget about it.

When I first started MFP I logged religiously, weighed and measured food consistently and worked out everyday. I lost 40 pounds but I wasnt working so it was easy to focus. Ive been in maintenance mode but now ready to lose the last few pounds. Walking, Kickboxing, Zumba and Kettle bells are my go to workouts.
