From October until after Easter there seems to be one special occasion/family event after another - every couple of weeks is either a holiday or a birthday or a work function or a school event and I just can't seem to get any kind of consistency with my diet. I know I can't be the only one - how do you deal with it (without becoming antisocial)?

When I'm in serious weight loss mode I eat before I go places or pick up an extra workout on days I know I will splurge. Just remember you can't hide from life so enjoy in moderation.0
