I like a half of the thomas's thin whole wheat bagel with 1 Tablespoon of natural peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of unslalted roasted sunflower seeds on top. not sure what your daily schedule is like but if it i possible i find i feel so much better if i do some cardio in the morning and it gives me more energy for the day, plus i can push myself to do more of a workout in the morning than in the evening. it truely will help the hard part is getting it started and getting…

i agree w the more protein but sometime i still feel hungry especially earlier in the day and i find that if i drink a cup of coffee or hot tea that will curb my appetite but i only have that once a day so if i get hungry again i will just down a bottle of water and that holds me longer
