It would be better if you could just try to eat healthier than to actually try to lose weight. While breastfeeding your body needs an extra 300 calories, just like in pregnancy. When you eat too few calories your milk supply could suffer. I know this from personal experience, and I am also a Certified Lactation Specialist.…

I get terrible chocolate cravings! If I have any chocolate in the house, don't put it past me to eat 500-800 calories in that. Awful I know! But I just have to go work my a** off after!

I too am a nursing mom, with Double D's! I HAVE found the best bra out there!! It's from Title Nine Company, it's pricey, but sooo worth it! It's called "The Last Resort Bra" .....lol the name is so fitting! But I highly recommend it!:happy:
