I did level 1 for 7 days. By the seventh day I wasn't drenched in sweat like I was the first day and I felt like I could do all the exercises. That said, I stayed at level 2 for 12 days, I only moved up to level 3 because I was so bored doing the same workout every day. Level 2 and 3 left me completely soaked in sweat at…

Bigelow Green Tea with mint. If you can find the Republic of Tea Cherry Blossom Green Tea, that one is my favorite.

Apples have a ton of fiber which slows down your body digesting the sugar. Completely different from candy. Eat your whole fruit and don't worry about the sugar.

Thank you!! I thought I was the only one.

Tootsie pops! They take a while to eat and they're only 60 calories.

Today's diary looks much better! You're still very low on calories. You don't have to starve yourself!!

Here are the things that stuck out to me: 1) Where are your veggies? And fruit? They add a ton of fiber and nutrients. 2) I don't think you are eating enough calories to work out as hard as you are. Try eating back excercise calories or changing your goals to lose 1 lb per week or .5 lb per week. Your body needs fuel to…

I'm on day 20 of the shred and I've definitely had my sore days. I find just taking a walk at some point when I'm sore helps the soreness go away. Don't give up! The first few days of something are always the hardest!

I love Bigelow green tea with mint. I also love the Republic of Tea. I've seen it in stores like World Market and a specialty food shop in the mall. They have a cherry flavored green tea that is excellent.

32 year old mom of 2.. Anyone feel free to add me.

Try eating back some of your exercise calories. I stayed the same for 3 weeks and was sticking to my calories and working out hard, but I was not giving my body enough fuel. This week I started eating most of my exercise calories back and I lost 5 pounds.
-
It's definitely possible. My scale has been stuck on one number for three weeks, then somehow between Monday and Friday of this week I lost 5 pounds.

Everyone feel free to add me. I log on every day.

I've done C25K before and I started 30 day Shred yesterday. How do you do them together? Do you still do 30 day shred everyday and add in the 3 days of C25K? Or do you substitute 3 days of 30 day shred with 3 days of C25K? C25K is the couch potato to 5K plan. Google it and it has a 9 week program designed to take you from…
