AMC is going to start showing the whole series on Sunday nights starting sometime in August. They're going to show 5 hours every Sunday night. The show is definitely worth it.

I started getting pain on the outside of my knee also. It turned out to be an IT band issue. Lots of stretching and foam rolling have helped, but it requires constant attention to remain pain free. The days that I lift I hit the locker room after 730, shower, put on makeup and do something with my hair and I'm at my desk at 8. I lift in the same building I work in, so no travel time other then walking.

My absolute favorite sportsbra is a C9 (I think the C is for Champion) bra I got on clearance at target (I'm a 38DD). You buy it by cup size and nothing moves ever once it's on. I think it was on clearance because it is bright blue.

I always workout fasted. If I eat before I deadlift, well, it would not be pretty. Are you walking really far with your dogs? If it's just a quick walk, I'd call that warming up. If it's a long walk, then I'd do it after lifting. Try eating before you lift and see what happens.

It's hard to strengthen your grip is you are wearing gloves. Use chalk instead. At the top of your deadlift hold the bar for an extra second or two, this helped my grip strength tremendously.

Bolthouse farms is awesome! It is probably the best ranch I have ever tasted. They also make a blue cheese that I dip my wings in. Marie's also makes some good yogurt based dressings that are also by the bagged salad.
