I have taken it for 3 days and the "full" feeling in my experience is more of a "bloated" feeling. And because of this I will not be taking anymore. I wish they had a 30-day money back because now I have an almost full bottle of this. :(

I like the Ken's Steakhouse brand Light Honey Mustard Dressing. I also love love love ranch and I usually use the Hidden Valley Light Buttermilk. Sometimes I make my own homemade low-cal ranch using the Hidden Valley packet, fat free buttermilk, and light or fat free mayo. YUM! :flowerforyou:
