Oh yeah....it looks like the Fitbit meal total calories match what I have in MFP. The only difference is what Fitbit shows as “calories out”. Here’s today: Fitbit: MFP:

Why do you suggest NOT enabling negative adjustments? If I’m understanding you correctly, you’re saying If I don’t have it enabled and my Fitbit estimate is higher than I would see the extra calories appear in my diary? Looking at the screenshot, you’re saying since I have MFP sync with my Fitbit, then my Fitbit steps are accounted for in my “Goal” calories NOT as an adjustment in “Exercise”. Is that correct?
