I read this post the other day, and thought to myself... I haven't noticed anything. The next morning, I woke up, and noticed something! I can see my hip bones again! It's been years since I've seen them. and I know it's not that big a deal, but to me, it was amazing, and just the motivation I needed to keep going!

I agree, you're only adding water, so there are no extra calories. It's done that way so that you can measure out the correct amount when it's dry and not have to try to measure how much it's going to be after it's cooked. Since water is no calories, adding water to pasta is also no calories.

No, I personally only do 2 meal replacements, the plan doesn't have you replace all three, and does not recommend it. But you can even do 1 meal replacement, for example you could have a shake int he morning for breakfast. It's delicious! It taste just like Vanilla cake mix!
