I have a TBSP on Nutella everyday, sometimes 2. I put them in my meal replacement shakes. So TASTY!!!! I LOVE NUTELLA!!!

I saw a picture of myself from my best friends birthday... That was it!! I was 180 lbs, rolls of fat... it was time to do something, now i'm 146.6 as of this morning, and i feel fantastic! And, I looked fantastic at the same best friends wedding a month and a half ago!!

^^ agreed. I've been on it for 2 years, accidentally forgot one time, and got a period right away. Went back on the next month and haven't had a problem... I love it!!

Don't worry about it, I've also lost 30 lbs, and sometimes I have weeks where I go over my calories EVERY DAY. Lol, I have the same thing! My friends and I call it "boob fat" cus it's right where your boobs meet your arm pits! I've heard push ups are a great exercise, try the 100 pushups a day plan, check it out online. Just google "100 pushups a day"

Congrats!! Me too!! My best friend is getting married next weekend (June 11/11), we ordered our dresses in January of 2010. I ordered 1 size smaller than my measurements, making it a 12, I am now having it taken in about 2 inches in the bust and 2.5 in the waist!! Doesn't it feel fantastic to be smaller?!! :P
