I just turned forty. I wasn't happy about it and I have been fighting it. I finally decided I would just accept what I cannot change and change the things I can. My cardiovascular health is better today than it was in my twenties. I think this could be the best decade of our lives (we just have to work a little harder LOL)

Oh yeah, womean have more cellulite than men because the bands connecting skin and muscle are different on men than they are on women. Men have thicker bands, there are more of them, and they form a crisscross pattern as opposed to the vertical pattern on women's bodies. That keeps the fat in place so it doesn't pucker.…

I'm 5'9 and looking to lose 15 to 20. I'm starting at about 170 and don't want to go lower than 150. I must be large framed to because the dr. told me not to go under 155. BTW, I have no friends so feel free to add me too LOL

I have a heart rate monitor but it doesn't give me calories burned. I average 160 and keep it there for about an hour with distance of 4.5 to 5 miles. how many calories does that actually burn?

I have a slow metabolism. It's thyroid hell and it sucks. I maintained my levels until my hysterectomy in october and BAM.....12 lbs. if i'm tired i rest. i try to get in at least 3 days a week. it usually ends up being more but some days i'm very busy and just exhuasted. it's your body's way of telling you to take it easy. i usually do a 4.5 mile run followed by 40 minutes of weights and it wears me out sometimes. you could always walk on your inbetween…
