  • I would say no make up….you are going to sweat and you don’t want all that on your face to clog the pours. And you are going to have to wipe your face and a then that will get on the towel.
  • Ok some awsome person just helped me figure out how to post pics. Not that I or anybody else wants to have stretch marks but we have them and there really is nothing you can do about it….yes we can make them fade a little but they will always be there. I saw this online a couple weeks ago and it put a whole new perspective…
  • Never posted a pic so hope this works! Ok so it didnt work...it was a great pic to look at the strach marks a different way! I will figure this out and try to post it.
  • The 2nd site is actually ideas for healthy kid lunches and the 1st one is a great way to make all your lunches for the week in one day. Pinterest is a great place to find healthy food ideas.....and other fun stuff. http://www.bigredkitchen.com/2011/07/how-to-make-mason-jar-meals-part-1.html http://www.easylunchboxes.com/
  • I have a friend that teaches it at the local YWCA and she keeps telling me to go…I keep telling her I am the whitest white person you will ever meet! I wont even do it when the husband is around! If its not country swing I cant do it!
  • I believe I saw someone else on here say that it was about the same if you use the Dance Aerobic option. Ends up being about 145 cals but I think if you really get into the Zumba you prob burn more than that….I just rented it this week and did it once so far and was totally lost! (I cant dance for nothing!)
  • Oh that sounds great…the husband may not like it but whatever….he can get over it! I do believe I will be having spaghetti squash baked with a little marinara and parm on top. Breakfast will be mushroom and tomato omelet and lunch will be a nice big salad.
  • I used to work at a day care (not at a gym)(12 months – 24 months) and if the parents came during the middle of the day to pick them up then no I didn’t make the kids pick up the toys before they left because I still have anywhere from 8-15 kids at any given time. Now when it was getting close to closing time, I would…
  • I would say as your enrocrinologist. Mine has never said anything about not eating or drinking this or that. Ive been on the Levo 125-137 (went up and down while I was preg) for about 2 yrs now and havent really had any problems that I know of with any of the foods that I eat.

  • Mine is about 2 lbs a week and just simply tracking things on here have seem to help. Ive only been on here for 5 days and already lost 2.2 lbs as of today. Personaly, I stay busy with my LO, he is 6 months old and I am a stay at home mom. He love being outside so we try to go for a walk (about 1 to 1.5 miles) a couple…
  • Because who wouldnt want a pic of an awsome bird on their head!
  • Take the stairs, park in the back of the parking lot (weather permitting), if you have an office job, get up to relay a message instead of using the phone, try to save 10-15 mins during your lunch break to go for a short walk, even if it is just a few laps around the outside of the building you work in or walk up and down…
  • If you are going to the restaurant, then you would want to stay away from the beans, and guac. They always put a ton of salt in the guac and yes most everything is cooked in lard. That is just how they cook. You can ask them to bring you sliced avocado and some peco because its just tomato, onion, jalp and cilantro and…
  • I would go with the fajitas too....you can always do a full order of chicken....or ask if they can give you more veggies and a little less meat and then you would have an ok lunch for tomorrow....throw the left over chicken on salad. Skip the sour cream and just go with guac or even see if they can just bring you avacado…
  • I am look at losing about 65 lbs as of right now....we will see what I look like once I get to 150lbs. I am 4'11" post baby weight that I still cant get off after 6 months puts me at 214lbs (gained 50 lbs) Short term goal is to get to 200 lbs and long term is to get to 150lbs and then see what I want to do from there.…
  • You could alwasy spend one day a week cooking "freezable" meals that way you know what you are eating and can make to how you want them. There are alot of things that are easy to make and able to be frozen such as quiches (make them with or without eggs), homemade hotpockets, any type of pasta dishes and if you havent…
  • Ive used it before.....the chewables are ok but after a few weeks of eating them they get kinda nasty...or maybe I was just tired of eating them. The powerder DOES have flavor even though it says you can add to water and not taste it! It was fine when I would add it to juice, tea, ect.
