We got rid of Netflix because they keep upping the price. For the same price of 2 movies at a time and online streaming, (that we never really watched) we can get 3 movies and or games from Blockbuster plus you are able to trade the movies in at a Blockbuster store. My husband does use Redbox when he is working his off…

If you do not like it plain/dry, try to mix a little bit of teriyaki and soy (gives you salty sweet) and a tad of wasabi to dip it in. As for a fav….I like just about anything that does not have the cooked tuna.

Was about 85* but now its about 75*.....few more months and we will be in the 100's

You need to let your body rest. If you still want to work out, find something low impact like water aerobics or yoga or something but just make sure you do not over do it if your already having problems with your ankle. I have messed up my ankles, knees and wrists for not “listening to my body” and I would keep going even…

I will go with 62 miles of walking/jogging/stationary bike (depends on weather and baby)

Bra....being 36DD and wearing a regular bra to work out in just doesnt work. Needless to say I didnt stay very long.

If you just started, it could be water weight that you are losing. If you drink enough water, you are flushing out your system. I know my 1st week on here I lost 4 lbs in the week and then didnt lose anything for alomst another week.

I thought about this last night....I really do not know what I could give up that would make a difference.....Over the past years the things I gave up I really do not eat or drink any more. (cokes, tea, beef, alcohol, ect). the only think I could give up would be the computer or my phone and those are the only way I…

If you hit a plateau, you might need to increase your calories. With only 1000-1200, your body is prob "storing the "fat'" at this point....uping the calories will make your matabolism speed up again and you should start losing about...just add an avacado or something like that to 1 meal a day (they are about 300 cals…

My husbands days off are bad for me (Mon-Wed). We usually end up going out to eat at least once and living in a small town, we have chilis, and 2 steak houses. Not many "good" choices there unless I want salad all the time. Needless to say I have started trying to cook what we would have for dinner earlier and having it…

There are workout vids on Fit TV at like 4-5am....I usually will record them and just save them on my DVR so I can use them whenever I can.....also I can just keep the ones that I can do that are not too much for me right now.

I did some research because with a 7 month old it isnt always easy to go for walks when hes not happy. (sometimes the walks calm him but there are times I get to the end of the rd and hes screaming!) Every site I have found says that the average persons stride is 2.5' and it takes about 2,000 steps to make a miles....this…

I did a little research and every site I went to says that about 2,000 steps is = to 1 miles. I am only 4'11" so I am going to say for me it prob more like 2,500. This is calculated on the average person stride being 2.5'. As much walking as I do chasing after a 7 1/2 month old I am sure I walk atleast a mile a day plus my…

So between an unhappy baby and bad weather I didnt get to walk as much as I wanted to. This wee will be better even though its flippin cold outside!...on a brighter side I did lose 2 lbs in a week! Well if I had a pic of my husband uncle I could prove it is not a waste of time. He used to be over 300 lbs and between ridding bike/spinning in the winter months and hiking/walking he is now about 175ish maybe less and now it is nothing for him to do 30 miles+ during bike races.

I drink so much because I try to drink out of a water bottle (16-20 oz) so each bottle I finish is 2 cups of water. Also I keep a small glass (like a juice glass) on the kitchen counter or sometimes on the water thing in the door of the fridge and everytime I go into the kitchen I make myself drink a glass of…

Well if it makes you feel any better, I am married and we do not make a big deal out of the day. Restaurants are too crowded, movies are too crowded, baby sitters are few and far between and up the prices. We go out to eat at least once a month and rent movies via mail from blockbuster so to make a big deal out of 1 day…

My husbands aunt went from a size 14/16 to a size 2/4 in about 7 months by just logging her food on here and walking anywhere from 2-6 miles a day.....now I have been walking everyday and so far have lost 6 lbs in a month and a total of about 5 inches.

This happens to me to so I have started keeping a small bowl of “trail mix” on my night stand. It has almonds, shelled sunflower seeds, soy, craisins, and raisins….all unsalted….I find that a hand full of this and a glass of water helps me put just enough in my tummy to not go crazy in the fridge and Im able to fall asleep…

I would have to say it was when my now husband proposed. He is a volunteer diver at our local aquarium (does the feed show, and help clean the tanks under water, ect) Well his family was in town for his graduation from the police academy and so we thought it would be nice to take them all to the aquarium to see him dive.…

I think she means she doesnt see the point in tracking because what she eats is considered healthy because it is not processed....its all fresh healthy food. But even fresh healthy food can rack up the calories, sugar, cholesteral if you dont watch it.
