I like Mondays for weigh in (really holds me accountable for my weekend activities). I also like the teams idea.

I weigh every day but only track if its a loss from previous weight.

I don't log spices. I also don't log 'exercise' like cleaning, cooking, or walking around the house carrying my baby. I don't consider those things to be exercise.

I watched one episode where he was toting bees wax as the must have only product you will ever need for chapped lips. The very next episode, the must have product and only thing you will ever need for chapped lips was coconut oil. I never watched him again.

I'm also following the program on runkeeper. I'm doing the 5k program right now, but instead of run/walk I'm doing slow jog/run. Hi, my name is Sarah and I'm a mom of 3. I hope to run my first half in September. I've used running as a stress relief off and on since I was a teenager, I also like to do group fitness classes like spinning on my cross train days. I've never been in a race before, so I signed up for a 2k in May so I can see what its like.
