i find the same. since i stopped eating sugar , my skin has improved considerabily, the other major factor is alcohol, so i'm about to embark on a 3 month plan without alcohol to see if this clears it up completly!
-
are you talking pedal bikes or motor bikes?
-
GOD a grammatical linguistic mistake! i bow to your knowledge of the language and apologise! i must be wrong about everything then?
-
good for you mate! each to their own:flowerforyou: :drinker:
-
Welcome back
-
i do believe you might be starting to get it! Glucose good, Fructose bad . refined "sugar" is roughly 50-50 of both. hence the problem with refined "sugar"
-
i disagree. i run a pub , small children high on sugar are 10 times worse to police, than adults who have drunk too much! but only just!
-
FRUCTOSE,FRUCTOSE,FRUCTOSE,FRUCTOSE,FRUCTOSE,FRUCTOSE,FRUCTOSE,FRUCTOSE,FRUCTOSE,FRUCTOSE, not sugar! try and keep up!
-
do i really? i'm sure i just typed about the amount of Fats i've just reintroduced.
-
i have no issue with anyone who wants to eat sugar, its your body you fire away. BUT and its a big BUT . just maybe its this thats making you ill , overweight and possibly miserable having to exercise all this self control you need to stay healthy? Just maybe? established views have regularly been overturned in recent…
-
have you seen how many athletes that have severe health problems in later life? they also use , steriods, betablockers, and an awful lot of other unhealthy drugs . should i start using them too?
-
nothing gets past you does it! and why did i start eating too much after 33 years of being able to know when i was full. did divorce suddenly make me forget that? or perhaps it had something to do with the high sugar content found in all the foods i could suddenly eat ? which my (overweight) 2nd wife introduced me…

that is because most of their land is tied up growing useless crops, like coffee,(for caffiene) rape(for petrol additives) and suger cane or beet(for shock sugar) for consumption by us fat westerners, leaving little land left to grow proper food for themselfs. differant argument but supports my argument somewhat yes i…
-
and until i started eating food with sugar again after splitting with the first wife. i didn't need to diet! as i wasn't overweight and hadn't been for 33 years of my life! thats 3/4 of my life! just in case:tongue: deep enough breath for you? :explode:
-
spot on :flowerforyou: then there is my point proven. are you sir able to smoke a death stick while with friends and maybe a pint of fine real ale. without then buying a pack the next day? then if you are sir you are a very lucky person indeed. not sure there are many in the world who can say the same! i rest my case…

so why can't the western world regulate calorie control , when many indeginous people (or those without access to refined sugar)in the world can? lets be clear, sugar is a refined product obtained from pulping sugar cane or sugar beet down to a clear liquid which is then crystalised by soaking up the excess liquid in…
-
yes exactly. and if you read more about, pretty much the more that is said, but with the emerging evidence that fructose effects the bodys abilitys to create the hormones that effect appitite. so when people get obese its looking pretty bloody likely it is the sugar doing it! look this is all new. i was first told about it…
-
why Thank you , whats the point in being serious? sadly i think not! i'm only on here as my wife is bored with hearing it :flowerforyou:

Well there's 17,000 more just like that on Facebook alone! https://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Sweet-Poison/157501174289687 thats either an awful lot of "wacko's" in one place (its facebook, its possible) or perhaps, or just perhaps its the start of people having their eyes opened? only you can decide that:noway:

Same here, i lost 43lb in weight, through moderation and exercise, perfectly fine until i tried to maintian without loggin calories. sooner or later you put it all back on, and this is the case with a lot of people, if it wasn't then there would be no "diet" industry. so something somewhere is wrong? now glucose is the…

lol. sorry. i stopped smoking over 10 years ago, i had as much fun with smokers then as i'm having here with you lot now! just starting to make news in the UK. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-25650352 but take my experience. my first wife was diabetic, so neither of us ate sugar. for 10 years i maintened the same weight…

so it would seem. the diet industry has known this for years, hence products like all-bran. bran flakes etc etc exist. the problem is they are sweetened with so much sugar them selfs (all bran is 17% added sugar) that the fibre is next to useless!
-
nope cause the Fructose in fruit is tied up with fibre, when you take the fibre away (like pure fruit juice) then it is bad and contains more sugar then the equivilant amount of full strength coke! sugar itself is completly safe if you eat it as a "whole". there being more than enough fibre to take away the fructose! this…
-
give up sugar , keep the alternativly sourced sweetners to help wean you off sugar, soon you won't want those either! eventually your natural appitite will return and you won't over eat. but lets get it straight its not "sugar" its fructose you need to avoid! as for what everyone else has said. well this is all new and i…
-
cut out sugar from the rest of your diet, especially fruit juices , dried fruit and cereals and keep the whole fruit! whole fruit retains the fibre element that dispells a lot of the effects of Fructose! Fructose is the bad guy you want to avoid!
-
just about to start my third cycle of p90x! love it, suits my life atm!
-
Marco Simoncelli was about the first "famous" death that actually affected me. still miss watching him now!
-
firstly. running every day is going to get you one thing, an injury. rest days are very important make sure you use them. Secondly- distance running puts a fair strain on your body and you will want to eat more. i'm training for a half marathon in 11 weeks. i'm eating pretty much as i want at the moment. a few pounds here…
