  • I finsihed the Shred about a month ago and I lost 9lbs and 18.5 inches from all over my body! I also really recommend Banish Fat Boost Metabolism! I just started P90X I hope to get to my goal of losing 10-12 more lbs by May! Feel free to add me anyone! :smile:
  • All of her videos are fantastic! I finshed the Shred and lost about 8lbs when I was finished and 18.5 inches from my whole body! I did some of her other videos too I highly recommend Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and Extream Shed and Shred. I started p90x and I am down 11lbs and see a huge difference! Good Luck everyone!
  • The same thing happened to me at first just lay off the lunges for a while I bought a knee brace and used it till I got to level 2 and my knee was okay then but I still dont do as many of the lunges that she does on any video

  • I have 9 days left on the shred. I started at 153 and I am 148 now however I lost 10 inches from my whole body. I didnt do any kind of exercise for about 6 months I was pretty lazy. I now added Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and 6 week 6 pack to the shred as well. :happy:
  • When I started the shred I was so sore I couldnt even sit on the toiliet with out crying lol.. I have 8 days left of level 3 and I def notice a difference and I feel much better, the soreness goes away around day 5 keep up the good work. :smile:
  • I tried all that stuff like slimquik, slimfast, nv, all of them and I lost some weight with them but then I gained it right back as soon as I stopped taking them.   • When I first started this I hated the cardio so bad and I just wanted to do mat work but I pushed through it and now I see that I can do jumping jacks all day ( I do wear a knee brace because the impact is alot) .

  • I am on day 8 level 1 and I still cant do a push up not even a modified one. I hope I can do them by the end of this... LOL.. and I had a lot of trouble trying to sit on the toilet too, and walking down the steps was the worst but I am def getting better at it untill I switch to level 2. Keep up the good work!

  • Im glad I found this.. I am on day 7 and I love it. I just bought Ripped in 30 and 6 week 6 pack. I already see changes that were better then when I was going to the gym 5 days a week. Has anyone else seen any results? Feel free to add me for support I know I can use it. :happy:
