I have the opposite problem. I used to have high arches but they are falling plus I have calcium build up on the joints which cause pain. I just came home and my third pair were sitting by my door waiting for their test run. I absolutely love mine and don't even wear regular sneakers anymore. Take all the good advise here and start slow. You will start feeling muscles you didn't even know you had at first.

If they are meals you make often you can use the Recipes tab under Food. You will only have to do this once since you can save it and go back every time you make it.
