  • Hi and welcome *waves* I recently bought this http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0013IWSUI/ref=oh_o01_s00_i00_details (from Amazon at £20) It seems pretty accurate to me (unfortunately :grumble: ) I like the fact it measures in stones & lbs, just lbs and kgs makes adding my weight on here a bit easier. I nearly got these…

  • The people that point/laugh/ say mean things are probably doing so because their own lives are so crappy that's the only thing that makes them feel good about themselves. You on the otherhand getting out there and doing the running or whatever are doing so to better your own life. Who's the winner there :flowerforyou:
  • For those that like crisps Pom-Bears are 77 cals for a packet. I've just bought some fun sized pink panther wafers which are 57 cals per wafer (24 wafers in a packet, 2 packets for £2 in Farmfoods)

  • If you have a smart phone you can download an app called Endomondo, it tracks your speed & route and tells you how many cals you've burned based on your age & weight. I'd allow yourself two - two 1/2 hours and just walk at a pace you're comfortable with, then you can try and beat that time next time you do it. Good luck!!
  • :flowerforyou: Bump x

  • My Mum got the Lloyds and tbh I wish I'd known about this one before, as I think this would have been better for her. The Lloyds one is good for the money and seems pretty accurate but the face can be difficult to read. This Lidl one seems to do more, but not having used it/seen it I can't comment accurately. Not much help…
