I know I've read alot of people get bored but to be honest its one of the shortest workouts i think thats around i mean 30 days and only 20 mins some programs go on forever ... :) good luck you'll love/hate/love it :)

I think Im just going to grit my teeth and get on with it .. its not meant to be easy really at the end of the day? why would Jillian be so mean if it wasn't gonna be good for us? hehe (so I like ot think)

Would you mind if I added you I 've only found one other person thats on the exact same day as me plus I think it would help each other along :) I thin measuring is definately the best way plus photos to tell the differece keep at it and good luck for tonight x

I found that it got better after day 3 ... :) I start level 2 tomorro Im kind nervous lol Keep at it :) Day 1 I could do all of 2 modified push ups .... now I keep going and stop when she tells us to stop which fits in 18-20 :)

Soon as I did day 1 of shred I decided to order ripped .. can;t wait to try it .. only 20 more days to go of shred first lol

OOo I do day 10 tomorro then level 2 . How was it? much of a change Iv done the first 5-10 minutes so the first circuit but stopped after then because I was curious ... getting excited now. :) Iv got ripped in 30 to do after havnt looked at it yet ... maybe we could start on the same day?? Keep going!

I was thinking once the 30 days is up I might go back to level 1 just to keep it up .... maybe not everyday but at least every other. Yeah I get what you mean never noticed before but it does stretch you out after the squats .. maybe if I do slightly higher kicks my legs might not feel so stiff :) Keep up the good work :) x

I wish I could do it before work but I already wake up at 5.45am to get ready .. and then walk to work (45-60mins) to start at 8am .. I honestly dont think I could get up and earlier. I really wish I could because I'm sure working out in the morning is better than night? I do think Jillian can help us :) I prefer her…

i was also thinking about carrying on with the J-jacks after the shred ... they are something u can do pretty much everywhere :)

i actually cant wait ... after level 1 today i tried the first circuit of level 2 to chrck it out nearly fell on my face haha .. think ill finish the nxt 6 days then go up xx
