*Should* be, but they're not... Some interesting links/graphics in this thread from the other day... http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/992561/i-hate-vanity-sizing

Ugh. This one woman at work. She's just such a *kitten*. I cannot stand dealing with her.

I have had issues with PS... I'm a runner but I sit at a desk all day. I can tell that I get PS flares when I am "off" in my SI joint so I do see a chiropractor on a regular basis (fortnightly). I know that's somewhat controversial, but my chiro is also a physical therapist so it works for me. Obviously the PT aspect is…

You're not going to find a lot of support for that here--it constitutes a very low calorie diet, and it's against the forum guidelines.

Do you have a physician that you saw for your treatment? Have you checked in with them lately? I'm assuming a physician's office has a scale, and it might be a good idea to check in with them about your weightloss/goals since you do have a history of ED. Also, it's a good idea to use the same scale consistently for…

This.

In context of some of the other posts that you've posted, being overly concerned with how much weight you will lose when you actually go after not going for 2 weeks seems very disordered. See your doctor. Get some help.

I'm really bad at quoting multiple posts... Have you readjusted your weight loss goals since you've lost all of your weight? A 180 lb body takes much less fuel than a 250 lb body. Using the Scooby calculator (http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator) for back of the envelope puts you at around 3600 to maintain. Note…

You've gained 32 pounds in 6 months? The weight gain in the last couple of weeks could be water weight related to the addition of running; however, 32 pounds is not water weight (without some major medical issues) if you've been at a deficit. Were you on 1200 calories/day from August until now? Have you been checked out by…

What's going on during the weekends when you don't track? If you are having "cheat" days you could be very easily diminishing your deficits from the days you do actually track.
-
If you have lymphedema, are you not predisposed to water retention?
-
I would suggest consulting with your doctor and getting a referral to a registered dietitian.

For weight loss reasons? No. For sleep quality reasons? Definitely. I don't like having food sloshing around in my stomach while I'm trying to sleep so I usually try to eat my last meal at least 2 hours before bedtime.

I think you misinterpreted what Nony_Mouse said--she said that most women will think that the correct-fitting bra will feel too tight when they first try it on. But if you consider that it's only going to stretch out more every single time that you wear it, you should start on the loosest hook with a snug feeling and that…

Google "bra fitters near me". Word of mouth amongst friends is good, too. My preference is for smaller boutiques. I wear a bra size that isn't normally carried in stores, so I usually go in at least annually to get fitted, buy a couple of bras there, and then will order more colors/styles from the same brands online.…

^ Good advice--it's pretty much too late now to change anything up, and even your tried and true could cause major issues because of the keto.

Ditto on checking in with your general practitioner for a general check up, hormone levels, etc.
-
How quickly did you gain the weight back? Was it a controlled bulk or just a free for all?
-
You're at a healthy weight already. Investigate recomp.

Depends on genetics and age. I've always been large-chested. When I was in my 20's and was at a BMI of 18.5 I still had large breasts. It wasn't until I had a baby, breastfed him, gained weight, and then finally lost it again in my 40's that I actually lost any cup size (not counting "sister" sizing)--though I'm still a…

I don't have research, but anecdotally I can tell you that when I tore my ACL, even though I was getting plenty of protein and maintained muscle in my good leg, I lost centimeters of muscle volume in my injured leg. I think "no exercise" is kind of subjective--there's the "I'm not running 5 miles a day" lack of exercise…

It depends on the tracker I suppose... I have a Garmin Fenix 5S that I wear when working out. I always stop the workout mode before I lift weights, but in the Garmin Connect it still shows that I was active during that time. I don't take any of the calories burned numbers as gospel truth, but I can at least see trends of…
-
Have you considered investing in an activity tracker to see where that puts you?
-
You should attempt to eat at or maybe slightly below maintenance while injured to give your body the necessary nutrients for healing. I tore my ACL a couple of years ago. In the time leading up to my surgery I had physical therapy prescribed to build strength around my leg to help my healing time after the surgery. My PT…

She's rude but lately I've found that behavior to be more of the rule than the exception lately. :disappointed:

He's eating 800-1200 calories BEFORE the 2-3 protein shakes per day. And he's not weighing his food. And he's not losing weight so he's probably not eating as little as he thinks he is eating.

Practice mindfulness. What's going on when you normally binge? You said that your recent binge was at a school meeting? Carry a sensible snack with you and eat that (and track it) instead. Chew gum. Carry a water bottle. Remove yourself from the situation if you can't control yourself--move away from the food. If people…

How long have you been at this? When did your weight loss "stall" begin? If your exercise regimen is new you could be retaining water weight. Also, there is quite a bit of restaurant food/carryout in your diary--it's notoriously high in sodium and that could be causing you to retain water as well.
-
Are there not salad bars and sandwich bars anymore? You can make very sensible eating choices from those. Yogurt? Cottage Cheese? Those on the things that I survived on when I was in college. I think the biggest thing is to avoid the temptation of "all you can eat"... Take a sensible portion. Don't eat dessert at every…

I usually run outside and belong to a gym so that I can run on the treadmill in truly extreme weather. Although I've considered purchasing a treadmill to avoid the hassle and crowds of the gym, there are a few things holding me back: price--I want a gym quality treadmill and those don't come cheap. Would I get the use out…
