Everything in moderation...even the *bad* stuff. If you're an ultra-athlete I can see the danger of incorporating fast foods (or comfort food of some type) into your diet, but for those of us who are just trying to get to a healthier place and give our bodies a break, I think the occasional burger or taco can be eaten…

Good luck to you, Jenn!! Yes, calculating that BMI can be a real eye opening experience! I'm 5'2, so I know how detrimental even 20-30 pounds can be. It's awful. I'm targeting a 30lb loss also!

My ex lives out in House Springs :) Very familiar with it. I like to run too...was actually contemplating a 1/2 marathon about 1.5 years ago, but then I became blob-like and it never happened. I'd like to work back up to it again. I would probably fall over dead after running a mile at this point! Do you run in the winter?
