I've always heard that sprint work is the best way to lean out your body. Not only do you burn calories while you're doing it, but you continue to burn for quite a while after you're done. I think you can Google some spring interval training routines.

My wife is mad at me because my first bit of weight will come off so fast. After that is when the real struggle will begin. Maybe she won't be so mad then. LOL. Good to see y'all are in it together. Sure does make it alot easier, huh?

My wife and I just joined Monday and we were wondering the same thing. I felt like as long as you weren't going hungry, you shouldn't worry about trying to eat your calories burned. Glad to see some other input on it.
