  • If it were that EZ to bulk up, I would have been Huge a long time ago. Women don't naturally have the testosterone to get bulky. Not saying they can't, but definitely difficult. Weights should be included in any program but definitely lower weight, higher reps for "toning". Just my 2 cents. Dave
