This. I lost 55lbs. My gym changed their hours and I stopped exercising. Gained back 40 before I jumped back on the wagon.

I take several vitamins daily with my breakfast, and sometimes feel a temporary bloat, particularly if I had excess carbs at dinner. I take a multivitamin, fish oil, calcium and extra vitamin C.

Here's a study that's more recent, but not translated out of the researchers' lingo. A quick google search will yield a lot of results. Basically, if you want to lose weight while preserving lean muscle, eat a higher protein/dairy diet. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3159052/

I crave water all day long. Exercise does that. Once you start drinking it, your body starts to tell you how much you need it, not sweetened, caffeinated, fizzy drinks.

I hate lunges. I do them ... even jumping lunges ... but I hate them all!

I eat 1500 every day, whether I exercise or not. I'm losing a steady 1.5lbs a week.

I don't eat my exercise calories back. MFP set me at 1200 calories. I bumped it to 1500, then reduced my carbs (I think to 35%), upped my protein (again, I think 55%). I'm doing cardio/weight training 4-5 days a week, and losing 1.5lbs a week.

I've got a very large diastasis (abs shredded apart during pregnancy) and I've had 2 c-sections. My stretch marks go all the way up to my boobs. My stomach will never be flat without surgery, both having my abs corsetted back together and the pouch removed. Looked at having a tummy tuck years ago but couldn't afford it…

I'm not into all this, but my son is. He'll be 12 soon, and all he talks about is the baby ray gun he uses to fight zombies on XBox, oh, and something called map packs. He's a math geek and destined for greatness ... without the glasses! Feel free to add me so maybe I can understand him a little better ;)

You can do this. Get rid of the fast food, chocolate mousse and processed flour foods. Add at least 3-4 cups of veggies into your diet and eat regular, consistent meals 5-6 times a day that contain whole grains and lean meats. I can't tell what kind of exercise you are doing, but MFP over-estimates the calories burned.…

I put a teaspoon of sugar free pudding mix in mine, add ice and blend well. It makes it taste so much better! I've also added a 1/4 cup of black coffee and a 1/4 teaspoon of caramel extract in chocolate flavored whey - makes it taste like a caramel frapp.
