  • Yeah, see I only have 40 calories left in my entire day, never realized how much snacking and overeating just by a little can make a difference.
  • No, I have to admit, I did start but eventually got lazy with it, I should definitely count my calories. I'll focus on starting that back up today, It's amazing how things really do add up. It's just frustrating when I feel like I'm at least doing a lot more than I used to and not seeing many results.
