I just took a week off from running-- the first 3 days were because I had a lot of knee pain while running and I wanted to give it a break and then the next few days, I had scheduling issues and just couldn't fit it in. I was nervous heading out this morning and even though W6D3 was 22 minutes of running, I decided that I…

I did this run on Saturday and it was not as bad as I expected! I did have the feeling afterwards that maybe I could be a runner after all! Two things that helped me in case someone else is in the same fearful state that I was-- 1) Slow down. I decided to take my speed down a half mile per hour. It was more important for…

They are sold at Costo but I bought my last set from Amazon. I have read that some brands work better than others but overall, you want a…

I take one too. I was having some digestive issues and they worked better than prescriptions that I tried. The digestive issues subsided and I stopped taking them but recently restarted and I can tell a difference.

I am getting married on August 11th and have the same goal-- to lose10 more pounds before the wedding! I started tracking my food seriously about 10 days ago and working out and so far I have lost 3 pounds. I do a brisk walk to the gym, do 30 minutes on the elliptical, and then walk/run home. I also am doing the 300 for 30…
