I agree with hewwokitty.......you are the workout you don't need machines......ask for a pullup bar and some therabands...maybe ankeweights ..that way you can do legs without the big bulky equipmet....or just ask for p90x...you need water a towel and therabands or light weights then, get ready for a butt whoopin!!

Also ...make sure you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. A study has shown that our first instinct is to think that we are hungry when 90% of the time we are thirsty!! I agree with the 2 snacks....eat celery..its mostly water...but try drinking 8 to 10 oz of water at first when you get the urge, wait 10…
