I just got my HRM (the polar F7) last week.. i do the elliptical about 3 times a week for 60 minutes (i usually get a bit sweaty, i change levels and intensity up and down several times during the workout) and it says i burn about 570 calories each time. I also do Zumba 2 times a week and i feel like i'm really killing…

Haha!! I never understood the full makeup and perfectly coiffed hair at the gym... really?! unless you're like me and come straight from work...i have on makeup but rarely is my hair good ;D

btw i just got a hrm and used it for the first time last night, did zumba for 60 minutes and hrm says i burned 667 calories vs mfp says i burned 1000- that's a HUGE difference
