I've also had some jeans fall off of me!! I started last fall in an 18/20 jeans....and I now can proudly wear a size 8 (in one brand anyway!) a size 10 in most brands and a size 12 in some other brands....so yeah, I'm sticking with those size 8's as my "official" size dangit!! But of course I'm sure it's…

Best of luck to you! :flowerforyou: I personally don't do a cheat day, I think it would negate everything I had done during the week...but on occasion I do go slightly over my calorie goal if we are going out for dinner or a special event... Everything in moderation..... :drinker:

Great job!!! Can't wait till I get to my goal!! :flowerforyou:

I guess it just depends on where you lose it from first....mine seems to be coming off my legs/arms, and chest...:ohwell:
-
I've been cleaning out my closet a lot lately!! And giving it all away...not going back there! You will get there too! Trust me, the last time I recall being able to fit into a size below a 10 was....well, I guess before high school! :noway:

I lost 12 pounds before starting MFP so that surely has something to do with it. Just keep going!!! :flowerforyou:

Congrats on Onederland!!! Yes, I need to start doing some weights to tone up for sure!!

We must be doing something right then!!

Actually I'm only 5' 3".

Why yes, I did!! Were you watching me?

Just sticking to my calories (I've been set at 1200 since I started) and exercise 6 days a week....nothing crazy, either walking/jogging/ or eliptical. Most of the time I did it for an hour, but sometimes just half an hour.

That dang tummy is my problem too! :grumble: Hoping it will disappear soon!!!

That's awesome!!! I recently went outside wearings shorts too!! Scary at first...but it was fine!

Way to go! Slow and steady is the way to keep it off!
-
Wow!! Great job!!! How long did it take you to get to this goal??
-
Have you tried PB2? It's got way less calories than "regular" peanut butter and they have a chocolate version as well....would take the calorie count down on this treat!
-
Good luck to you on your journey! We all have similar goals, so hopefully we can all help each other!

But I love cheese.............. So it can't be all that bad!!! I'm a vegetarian, so I tend to eat a lot of cheese...ok, not like pounds at a time, but I will typically have SOME sort of cheese on a daily basis... I've been losing steady since January, so it can't be the cheese!!!
-
Hmmm...Christmas time...well, I'm hoping to be at my goal by then...6 months in and I've lost 28 pounds...I'm right at my half way point...so if I can keep it slow and steady I should be there right at Christmas time!! Of course that means an entirely new wardrobe from Santa right????

I've gotten mixed comments, most very positive, some of the "you aren't going to lose any MORE weight are you?" comments...my husband is also on MFP and has lost 40 pounds and is within 10 pounds of his goal, it is a dramatic weight loss for him, and he's gotten so many weird comments....his own Mother asked if he was…

My highest was 217....started MFP in January at 205, down to 179 as of my last weigh in!! I've also got a goal of 150, and will reevaluate once I get there...I'm 5' 2" so really that's still too high for me, but I'll take it for now!! I exercise at least 5 days a week, usually 6 or 7 days a week, but typically only for…
