My most "go to" is Peanut butter on a rice cake. Eat it with whatever fruit/veg I have (typically berries, carrots, or right now lots of cherries) and a string cheese.

In addition to tracking in MFP I wear a bodybugg all day long and track my food there too. When it comes to the calories burned in MFP I only log the exercises that were a true "workout" and I log the time accurately and override the calories with what my bodybugg says. Every Friday is donut day at my work. I used to hate it. Now I plan for it and allow myself 1 Old Fashioned Glazed. I skip breakfast at home, get my Starbucks coffee on my way in and bring a piece of fruit. All planned and accounted for so no stress just enjoyment.

I'm more of the mindset that I can eat whatever I want, good or bad, on any day and its up to me to work harder to burn it off and find the balance.
