Try PB 2...it's basically powdered Peanut butter. They have different versions of it. I buy it right in the grocery store..but you can pretty much find it wherever. You could also google it as well.

I agree, I think its an excuse to just give up. There is NOTHING WRONG with not being a twig however! Even skinny people can be unhealthy! However, to just eat whatever, not try to eat healthy or get some form of exercise is not acceptable either though.

Love Love LOVE butternut squash cubed, tossed with EVOO, and a little bit of sea salt. Roast for about 20-30mins, stirring occas. Also love just a mix of veggies roasted the same way. SOOOOO GOOD!
