After about a month - I kicked my sugar addiction and actually craved fresh veggies and fruit. As for exercising, some days I still need motivation but I just remember how great i feel after I work out, that usually gets me going.

I just bought Progressive Harmonized Vegan Protein, vanilla flavour - blended with some mixed berries, it's pretty tasty. I bought a 350g jar for $29 (CDN).

Check out the book, "The Kind Diet". Lots of very healthy vegan recipes in there.

Agreed. I weigh myself once every 2 weeks or so because my weight tends to fluctuate often. Just keep in mind that it takes a while to lose even a few pounds, it's certainly not an overnight change. I find planning my meals ahead keeps me on track. I know what snacks I have left to eat and if I'm just not hungry, I can always take things away from my food diary. When you do eat 'bad' snacks, eat them slower and savor them - I find I don't eat as much that way.

I'm a big fan of Turbo Jam. You can mix up the workouts throughout the week and the TurboSculpt is excellent for toning.
