I'm also vegan and typically eat unsweetened applesauce or half a banana before cardio. For protein, I'll have a couple of Tofurky deli slices dipped in mustard although, they're high in sodium so I try to limit those to a few times a week. Cucumber slices/carrots & hummus is another option.

I like Progressive Harmonized Vegan Protein, unflavoured. It's a decent price and because it's unflavoured, it's versatile - you can add it to soups, sauces, etc.

Spaghetti squash is delicious! Season it with some sea salt & pepper before you roast it in the oven, comes out perfect every time. Yum!

Go through the learn & burn until you know the moves. Once you've done the workouts a few times, you won't even think about the moves, you'll know exactly what to do. I am very uncoordinated and it took me about a week or so to get the hang of the moves, you'll get it, just keep on keepin' on!

I always go over my sodium too - I have a stir-fry every night and although it's full of veggies & tofu, I also use soy sauce (terribly high in sodium). When I have a cramp, I breathe in deeply, push my fingertips into the area of the cramp while exhaling. Not sure why but the cramp instantly goes away. Probably not the best solution but it definitely works for immediate relief.
