I agree with Panza. I usually don't eat too unhealthy and I am an avid runner, but I gain/maintain weight because of my portion sizes. It is frustrating sometimes...Feeling pretty good about this week so far!

The second day was a bit tougher than the first because it was a heavy workout day. I always feel like I could eat infinitely after a tough run, but today I ate well and was careful about what I was putting into my body. I need to get more bananas for sure.
