i would think something like celery or lettuce would work. but eat them plain or with mustard cause mustard has 0 calories.

I am currently training for a half marathon and had the same problem. There is such an easy fix! Your hip flexor muscels are weak if you incorporate hills into your workout the problem of sore hips will be a thing of the past! I swear :)

The protein powder idea is great! Have you tried eating little portions all through out the day? Eat about every 2 to 3 hours. You may not feel hungry, which is good, but you should still eat. "Grazing" as I like to call it will help you maintain a satisfied feeling all day.

i really enjoy Fage 0%. it does take some getting used to, but after awhile you get used to it. I would really read the labels on other brands, some are packed with sugar! so be on the look out.

my gym used to have them i and loved them! i could do a workout for an hour on one and burn almost 1,000 calories..so the treadclimber would say lol...but i loved loved loved it! takes some getting used to but totally worth it!

I know i am late in the game now, but i still want to do this with all you ladies.....i have not weighed myself for awhile but im pretty sure i am about 160 if not more. I really need somehting to get back to a good state of workout mind so hopefully this will help! good luck to all!
