  • Don't stress over the 1200 calories right away! I was reading something that suggested take your IDEAL weight and multiply it by 10, and that's how many calories you should eat. (Ex: Goal is 150 lbs = 1500 calories a day) If you add more fruits, you'll find the sugar going up and you probably don't want to do that. Snack…
